RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Our merchandise is made to order. Except where required by law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size or color, or changing your mind after an order has been produced.

Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it at info@fttmerch.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the item and the problem. We will review the claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

Please do not return an item unless we provide return instructions. In most cases involving damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect products, a physical return will not be required.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so that we can investigate the shipment.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or buyer’s remorse. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we may provide a replacement after reviewing the claim.

SHIPPING

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Contact us at info@fttmerch.com before sending a return. We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

REFUNDS

We will notify you when your claim or return has been reviewed and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
